If you complete every coaching call, take every interview I line up, and don't have at least 1 competitive offer within 180 days, I keep working with you for free until you land. No exit clauses. No fine print.

What if I'm currently employed and searching quietly?+

Most clients are. The entire engagement is confidential - no public posting, no recruiter blasts you don't approve. Direct outreach is run by you to a shortlist you build; application-engine submissions go only to companies you approve.

Why a flat fee instead of hourly coaching or a success fee?+

Hourly coaching puts a timer on every conversation and makes you ration the help you actually need. Success-fee (ISA) programs take 10–20% of your first-year salary - $20K–$50K - and quietly push you toward the first offer, not the right one. A flat $2,997 aligns us on landing the right role, not on running the clock or skimming your comp.

What's the time commitment?+
