Every engagement is customized and 1:1 - no cohorts, no associates, nothing handed off. $2,997 today. From September 1st, $4,997.

Challenge

Why senior searches stall.

  • Applied to 40+ roles, made 3 finals, zero offers.
  • Positioning written for a job you held, not the one you want.
  • Target list of 100 random companies instead of 30 right ones.
  • Generic outreach and applications that read like a template.
  • Burning $20K–$50K of foregone comp every extra month.
Approach

What this engagement actually changes.

  • Reposition you for the role you want next, not the one you had.
  • Give you the targeting framework and contact-mapping system you'll use to build your own 30-company shortlist.
  • Run the daily application engine for you: 20–40 targeted apps/weekday on real ATS, while you keep your day job.
  • Drill interviews until you walk into finals expecting to win.
  • Negotiation coaching so you evaluate offers and hold your ground when the employer pushes back.
Before / After

Who you become in 90 days.

Before
Where most senior operators sit

The senior operator too useful to leave, running a second job at night to fix a resume that no longer fits the role you actually want.

  • 02Applying into the void. Three finals, no offers. Every week another $20K–$50K of foregone comp.
  • 03Waking up Sunday already tired.
After
The seat this program builds you into

The candidate with 1–3 competing offers open at once, negotiating from leverage, not from fatigue.

  • 02A repositioned narrative that reads for the next seat, not the last one - and a targeted list of 30 companies working for you daily.
  • 03The Sunday tightness gone. Decision back in your hands.
The Senior Landing Program is how the operator on the left becomes the candidate on the right - without turning the search into a second job.
The transition this program is built for
How it works

Four steps. No bureaucracy.

  1. Step 01
Book your Authority Gap Diagnostic Call

You leave with at least one useful observation, whether we work together or not.

  2. Step 02
    We confirm fit

If it's not a fit: wrong timing, wrong situation. I tell you in the first call.

  3. Step 03
    We go to work

Resume, LinkedIn, and the daily application engine - I run those. Targeting and direct outreach - you run, with my framework, scripts, and weekly review.

  4. Step 04
    You land

1–3 competing offers, typically inside 11 weeks. Negotiation playbook included.

The work commitment

What I deliver, in writing.

I cannot promise a hiring committee's vote. I can promise the work never stalls on my side. This is what the engagement covers, with a 14-day delivery standard for the foundation pieces.

  • Positioning, resume, and LinkedIn rebuilt in the first 14 days, or the month is free
  • 500–600 targeted applications a month on real ATS, run for you and reported weekly
  • Every interview drilled before you walk in; prep inside 48 hours of any invite
  • Weekly written search review, every week of the engagement, no ghosting
  • Negotiation coaching before and during the offer stage: you learn the framework, practice the conversation, and stay on your own terms when the employer pushes back
  • A targeting framework + contact-mapping system you use to build your own 30-company shortlist - with weekly review
  • Interview prep frameworks for every round (behavioral, technical, executive, board)
In their words

Real names. Real LinkedIn profiles. Real wins.

A done-for-you 90-day search shouldn't be sold on anonymous testimonials. These are clients who agreed to put their name to it.

Where the wedge is

What actually differs - and why it matters at $120K+.

Plain read on where a paid, senior-search partnership earns its keep versus doing it alone or hiring the wrong help.

Whose interest they serve
On your own
Yours - but with no leverage or process behind you.
With a recruiter (paid by the employer)
The hiring company. You are the product being sold.
With Dan
Only you. No employer retainer, no success-fee bias, no hidden agenda.
Positioning
On your own
The last role you held, re-titled.
With a recruiter (paid by the employer)
Whatever fits the requisitions already on their desk.
With Dan
Rebuilt for the next seat you want - not the one you had.
Volume of shots on goal
On your own
40–60 apps in a good month, mostly at night, mostly ignored.
With a recruiter (paid by the employer)
The 3–5 reqs they happen to be running this month.
With Dan
500–600 targeted apps/month on real ATS, running while you keep your day job.
Interview + negotiation prep
On your own
YouTube and a friend the night before.
With a recruiter (paid by the employer)
Whatever helps you accept faster. Rarely more.
With Dan
Rehearsals for every round. Scripts. Average +$40K over your original ask.

The wedge isn't experience - plenty of coaches have that. The wedge is that I don't get paid by the company hiring you, and I don't take a slice of your comp. So the advice is honest even when it's inconvenient.

Why I take this work seriously
The wrong job didn't just cost me a year of my career. It cost me a year of my lungs. That's the real price nobody puts on a job description.
Dan Tudorache · from the TEDx talk on the real cost of the wrong job
Fit

This is, and isn't, for everyone.

Perfect if you…
Right fit
  • Earn $120K+ in a senior role: Director, VP, CTO, senior IC, or functional head
  • Want to land in 90 days, not 9 months
  • Have done 30+ applications with little to show
  • Keep losing finals on "fit" or "executive presence"
  • Need someone who understands senior-level hiring across tech, finance, ops, product, and marketing
  • Value your time more than running your own search
Won't work if you…
Not a fit
  • Want to keep applying to 100 random jobs
  • Refuse coaching feedback on interview performance
  • Are looking for a recruiter (this is positioning + delivery)
  • Believe your resume is fine and the problem is "the market"
  • Can't commit to the session cadence and same-day prep
  • Want guarantees from someone who hasn't sat in your seat

Outcome: At minimum 1 offer. Typically 2–3 competing. Clients typically close 10–25% above their original ask using the scripts.
Who this isn't for

Saying no is part of the work.

  • First-time job seekers or sub-$120K roles - the math and tactics are different at that level.
  • Anyone looking for a recruiter who'll send their resume around. I'm a reverse recruiter - I work for you, not on retainer to employers.
  • Career-changers without recent senior delivery to point to.
  • Candidates unwilling to take real recruiter calls and interviews on the cadence the program runs.

If that's you, I'll tell you in the first 15 minutes and point you somewhere better. The delivery only works because the program is intentionally narrow.

Reference available on request - ask in our call and I'll arrange a 10-minute conversation with a recent named client at your level.

Done-for-you senior search - what's actually run for you.

Core engagement
Senior Landing Program™ - 90 days, done-for-you

Six 1:1 sessions with Dan across 90 days (two per month), async advisory between calls, and a sync session on request. The full search operation runs for you - you show up for interviews.

  1. I
    Positioning & career strategy

Target-role thesis, ICP list, comp band, and the story that makes you the obvious hire for the seat you want next - not the one you had.

  2. II
    Done-for-you LinkedIn + resume rebuild

Rebuilt around the target role - not "optimized," rewritten to match the offer you're going after. Tailored per company when the stakes justify it.

  3. III
    Auto-pilot sourcing & submission

Roles matched to your exact criteria (comp floor, industry, geo, package, title). Applications submitted through a best-in-class agent that runs its own ATS accounts and completes forms cleanly - 20–40 targeted apps/weekday while you keep your day job. I review job quality and edge cases; the mechanics run without you.

  4. IV
    Interview prep + live-loop coaching

Rehearsals for recruiter screens, panel loops, and exec finals. Between-round strategy handled async, with a sync session on request when a loop lands mid-cycle.

  5. V
    Offer negotiation

Counter framing, comp modeling, and the actual language for the call. Average client lands +$40K over their original ask.

  6. VI
    Typical interview flow
    Included

Clients who do the weekly work typically reach 6-10 senior interviews or hiring-manager conversations inside 90 days. Ranges from past engagements, not a promise.

Typical client flow

"Clients who complete every coaching call, take every interview I line up, and hold the weekly outreach targets typically reach 6-10 senior interviews or hiring-manager conversations inside 90 days."

That is a range from past engagements, not a promise, and not a minimum I'll pretend to control. The hiring committee's vote was never mine to guarantee. The program is capped at 6 individual 1:1 engagements at a time so the work behind those numbers stays mine to run.

Real outcomes

What clients actually landed.

What interview flow actually looks like

Typical flow is 6-10 senior interviews or hiring-manager conversations in 90 days. Here is the honest picture behind it.

6-10 conversations

The typical volume of senior interviews and hiring-manager conversations clients see inside a 90-day engagement. Ranges, not exact counts.

Strongest flow

Senior IC, Staff, Principal, and solution architect searches. Demand is deeper, loops move faster, and volume builds within the first weeks.

Slower flow

Management and executive roles. Fewer seats exist, processes run long, and conversation counts run lower. I would rather say that than pretend the market is hot.

Flow comes from three things and nothing else: positioning a hiring manager can read in one pass, an outreach cadence that runs weekly whether you feel like it or not, and warm paths to named decision-makers. Read the silent search to steady interview flow case study, the outcomes ledger, or the counting rules on methodology.

What you're probably thinking

Three real doubts - answered honestly.

01
I can run my own search.
Fair. You can. Most senior searches still run 4–7 months solo with $80K–$350K of lost comp.
Compress that to 11 weeks with offer leverage. Worst case the program pays for itself 10x in time recovered.
02
What if my industry is unusual?
Fair. Fair concern. Most career coaches lean heavily on a single playbook.
I've placed leaders across tech, finance, ops, product, marketing, and data. We confirm fit in the Authority Gap Diagnostic Call - if it isn't, I'll say so.

Common questions

The answers you actually want first.

What numbers can you actually show?+

Clients who complete the coaching calls, take the interviews I line up, and hold the weekly application and outreach targets typically see 6-10 senior interviews or hiring-manager conversations inside 90 days. Senior IC, Staff, Principal, and architect searches sit at the top of that range; management and executive searches sit lower, because fewer seats exist. Those are ranges from past engagements, not promises. I don't guarantee an offer, and I don't guarantee a count, because a hiring committee's decision is not mine to make.

How do you help me negotiate a tech offer?+

Negotiation is included in the flat program fee - no separate fee. I model the full offer (base, bonus, sign-on, equity type, vesting, refresh, PTO, remote), benchmark against Levels.fyi plus private data at your target company, and write the exact language you'll say on the recruiter call. Average client lands +$40K over their original ask. Full walkthrough on how to negotiate a tech offer lives in /answers/how-to-negotiate-tech-offer.

Is this senior engineering job search coaching, or does it cover other functions too?+

Both. The Senior Landing Program runs as senior engineering job search coaching for EMs, Directors, and VPs of Engineering, as tech job search coaching for Staff and Principal ICs, and as senior-role search for functional leaders in Product, Data, Finance, Ops, and Delivery. Same engine either way. The positioning work is calibrated per function.

What if I'm currently employed and searching quietly?+

Most clients are. The entire engagement is confidential - no public posting, no recruiter blasts you don't approve. Direct outreach is run by you to a shortlist you build; application-engine submissions go only to companies you approve.

What's the time commitment?+

Roughly 4–6 hours per week. We meet 1:1 twice a month across the 90 days, with async advisory between calls and a sync session on request when something time-sensitive lands. I run resume, LinkedIn, and the daily application engine (20–40 targeted apps/weekday). You build the 30-company shortlist and run outreach to named contacts using my framework, scripts, and review. I prep you for every recruiter screen and interview.

Why does the price change on September 1st?+

Because the program is booked to capacity and the price hasn't moved since it launched. From September 1st the Senior Landing Program is $4,997. Anyone with a Diagnostic Call booked before that date is honored at $2,997. No countdown, no expiring bonus - one date, published in advance.

Do you work with non-US candidates?+

Yes - US, EU, UK, Canada, and select EU geographies. Roughly 70% of placements are US-based. Fit is confirmed in the 15-minute call before any commitment.

Who is this not for?+

If you want to keep applying to 100 random jobs hoping something sticks, or refuse coaching feedback, this isn't for you. This is done-for-you delivery, not a recruiter and not a generic career coach.

How many clients do you take?+

A limited number at a time - 6 individual 1:1 engagements. The cap is what makes the personal delivery possible.

What if I'm a great fit but can't pay in full?+

It can be split into two payments over 60 days at no interest. Ask in the Diagnostic Call.
