Senior Career Strategist

Deliver done-for-you job search engagements alongside the founder. Own resume rebuilds, LinkedIn positioning, target-list research, interview prep, and weekly coaching for a small book of senior corporate clients.

What you'll own

• Lead weekly strategy + accountability calls with 3–6 active clients
• Rebuild resumes and LinkedIn profiles to senior-level positioning
• Build target-employer lists (30+ companies) with contact mapping
• Run interview prep across behavioral, executive, and panel formats
• Coach on offer evaluation and negotiation, end-to-end

What we're looking for

• 5+ years coaching senior corporate professionals through transitions
• Strong written craft - your resume rewrites should read like an exec wrote them
• Experience across 2+ of: tech, product, data, finance, ops, marketing
• Calm, candid coaching style. Comfortable saying hard things kindly
• Track record of clients landing senior roles within 8–14 weeks
