Run discovery calls with senior corporate candidates and convert qualified fits into the Senior Landing Program or Executive Advisory engagements. This is a consultative seat - no pressure, no scripts.

What you'll own

  • Run 10–20 discovery calls per week with pre-qualified prospects
  • Diagnose situation, scope fit, and recommend the right path (or none)
  • Convert qualified candidates to a signed agreement and first payment
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and post-call notes
  • Feed objections and patterns back into marketing and product

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years selling high-ticket coaching, consulting, executive search, or B2B services ($3K–$25K)
  • Documented close rate on warm calls (40%+ on qualified pipeline)
  • Calm, peer-level energy with senior leaders. No bro-sales theater
  • Comfortable diagnosing rather than pitching
  • References from a similar advisory or executive-services practice
