Run discovery calls with senior corporate candidates and convert qualified fits into the Senior Landing Program or Executive Advisory engagements. This is a consultative seat - no pressure, no scripts.
What you'll own
- Run 10–20 discovery calls per week with pre-qualified prospects
- Diagnose situation, scope fit, and recommend the right path (or none)
- Convert qualified candidates to a signed agreement and first payment
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene and post-call notes
- Feed objections and patterns back into marketing and product
What we're looking for
- 3+ years selling high-ticket coaching, consulting, executive search, or B2B services ($3K–$25K)
- Documented close rate on warm calls (40%+ on qualified pipeline)
- Calm, peer-level energy with senior leaders. No bro-sales theater
- Comfortable diagnosing rather than pitching
- References from a similar advisory or executive-services practice
