Own top-of-funnel growth for the advisory practice. Build precise prospect lists of senior corporate professionals ($120K+), run cold outbound across LinkedIn and email, and book qualified discovery calls onto the founder's calendar.
What you'll own
- Build and maintain weekly prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator + Apollo/Clay
- Run multi-channel outbound sequences (LinkedIn + email) with clear, written voice
- Qualify replies and book discovery calls directly into Calendly
- Report KPIs weekly: opens, replies, qualified meetings, show-up rate
- Continuously test offers, copy, and ICPs against measurable outcomes
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of B2B outbound or recruiting outreach experience
- Comfort writing crisp English without templates that smell like templates
- Familiarity with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Smartlead/Instantly, or equivalent
- Bias for systems, not heroics
- Track record of consistent booked meetings against a defined ICP
